Some of you probably noticed i've been online a hell of a lot lately. Well my last job that I was really happy to get didn't quite work out. Some of the stupid shit I did in my past finally caught up and bit me in the ass. After I lost the job I decided to take action. I went to court and completely got my records(nothing really bad like violent crimes or anything, but enough that employers shunned upon it.) completely vacated. So to everyone other than the court house, they are now spotless and I can legally claim that I have never been convicted of any crimes.

So for the better news. Last week I was officially offered a job at a very large trucking company(I think it's the largest transportation company in the US.) They hired me on as a Trailer Mechanic and they will be training me as a Diesel Mechanic/welder/metal fabricator etc. Which is pretty cool. I took 2 years of Diesel Technology at a local trade school during high school. Now it's finally going to be paying off.

I enjoyed the last job that I lost, but all in all I think things worked out for a reason. Been searching for this exact type of job for 8 years now, and had almost given up on it. So that's my good news.

Swift Transportation. I looked it up and they are the largest transportation company. So i'm not too worried about work running out. lol

damn, cani. I bet that was quite a shitty feeling when the last job found out about that shit. Sounds like some bullspit and I feel for ya. I hope you get some good ass jobs now that the record has been expunged.

I'm really crossing my fingers on this one man. I just got off the phone with my new supervisor and he said "You're clear to start on Monday at 6:30." But that's what happened at the other job...and then the background report came in a week later.

I called the background company from the job I got fired from and disputed the report just to kind of ensure myself that it worked. They just got back to me last week saying that I was right and my record was clear. So, i'm pretty confident it's all going to work out for the best. All this trouble for something SO small.

i guess now looking back being a teen-age prostitute wasn't all it was cracked up to be huh?
