But on Instagram & Twitter (im sure all other social media) people have been poking fun at this.
The comments and things I saw, kinda made me lose faith in humanity.
People are sick.

Very sad thing indeed. Mossy dont ever have faith in humanity. Humans are evil by nature and I personally just dont see it gettin any better.

Just remember: when you see some sick shit like that, Mossy, think of all the people you saw in all the coverage of this rushing towards the injured people, helping them out. That makes up for all the sick people that make those comments and jokes.

I'm not crying over every event in the world, but I have sympathy for those who suffer. At the time that angered the shit out of me and I assumed these posts were along the same lines. I had multiple friends there, the one I was most worried about was my recent ex who usually runs it. She started a new job so she couldn't make it this year. She woke up from a nap from my calls and when she heard what happened had to call multiple people herself. My facebook news was a shit ton of people reporting they were ok. Too much nonsense going on in the world today and it's just making me angry.

I don't know what's happening lately, but, yeah...I'm so worried to have my kids grow up in this world now. Every day, my biggest worry is that something is going to happen to them. When I was growing up, we didn't worry about things like this...then, my senior year in HS, Columbine happened, now it's just been getting progressively worse year after year.

Always people with a false sense of reality. They know right from wrong, but in today's age, it's cooler to be the rebel. Except the rebel has transformed from Fonzie from Happy Days into the F*CKING Joker from Batman.

Luckily I only had to wait a little over an hr after what happened to hear back from her, but I tell you, was the longest hour of my life... Even after I knew she was ok, I had that anxious feeling for the rest of the day. It's different when you watch shit on the news about tragedies that are far away and have no involvement of your life. Last time I felt like that was 9/11.

So very sorry you had to go through that waiting - I can even imagine how that would feel. Glad to know she's alright, and (as far as you've told us) everyone else you know is alright.

I know the feeling on that last part - the report of the 8 year old just waiting to hug his dad at the end is really getting to me.

Hey guys, when I heard about the news, I was worried about the people in Boston. Keith, glad to hear you're okay. Hope all is well.

This is a tragedy, but it should've been much worse. When I first heard about this coming home I looked and thought 1 of 2 things.. a) amateur hour or b) warning shot. Dont get me wrong 170 injured 3 dead is bad, but given that there are around 500, 000 people watching and 26 000 people running the damage is minor compared to what it should've been. It had a similar look to me as the 96 olympic bombing.

the second tragedy is the fact that the media was quick to pin this as a "terorrist attack" instead of what it actualyl was and still currently is and that is a bombing. As well as pointing the finger immediately at some saudi kid being guarded at hospital instead of waiting for actual evidence to say what was going on. I love american mass media for this, (and some foreign outlets) as making it a "terrorist" attack immediately incites more panic in everyone than saying it was bomb would. We'll see how this plays out though.

to be honest i do feel bad for the people involved but i don't feel sad long i don't care anymore i have my own life to worry about im not being a asz just dont make this stuff go on and on yes it happened yes its bad so then stop complaining and do something about it and yeah joking around isnt cool
