This was an open tournament for all types of martial art forms but unfortunately legs were not an option in the point sparring but groin was and I didnt have to go there to win, lol. Got 3rd in form techniques and 1st in sparring and the dude was like almost 2x my size. See yall tonight for some shootin up baby and I aint talkin heroin. _________________

Re: Time to whip some ass damn son nice...my most fun was a spinning backkick to break 4 boards when i was in tae kwon do. shit was crazy and i was soo F*CKING pumped afterwords that i didnt even notice i cut up foot on something..but #yolo

Supereffect that is a sweet little motto. We got 3 black belt taekwon do kids and their little sister is a blue belt in the art. They are super good with their legs but arent the greatest when punching. The kids are great I love em like little bros. _________________
