What the F*CK is a super ball ticket? You mean Powerball? I bought a couple. Like falcon said, probably won't get much out of it, but that's ok. I Drive past the sign every day that shows the amount it's at. Pretty impressive how much it has gone up each of the last 2 draws. 175 million just in the last draw. Someone is going to have the best Christmas they could ever imagine.

I didn't know if Super ball was a state lottery or something. Like here in Oregon there is Mega Bucks. So i'm sure all the other states have one too. As for tickets, I buy them pretty often I guess. I buy 1 ticket for every 100 million. But not for anything under 100. Me and my woman go half n half. lol.

I'm pretty sure they rig it when the holidays get close to boost it up.

Something to think about
The odds of winning are around 1 in 175,000,000
They are anticipating selling 189,000,000 tickets for this drawing.

Odds are more than one person wins it tonight.

Either way, that's over $250 Million before taxes. Half of the jackpot is larger than usual.

I wouldn't doubt the 189,000,000 tickets. I was in line to get something to drink today, and all six people in front of me bought at least $10 worth of Powerball tickets. One of the people spent over $100. Which isn't unusual. When Mega Millions made it to $565+ million a few months back, there were reports of people spending $1000 on tickets. What a way to go broke.

I can't buy tickets for the Power Ball! Well I could I just don't want to drive across the border to get them. I do buy tickets for our Canadian Lottery up here, woohoo ours is a paultry $50 million compared to yours! But atleast it's tax free though.

People at my work bought 50 tickets... i didn't get in on it... glad I didn't, they only won 14 dollars... and I think they asked for like 6 or 10 dollars from each person.

This is why the jackpot gets so big. People willing to spend what they can afford for a shot at living in the lap of luxury. Unfortunately for almost every one of them, they will never get what they are hoping for. Same with me. I don't spend $200 on tickets, but even my $10 worth, is more than likely a waste. But I made a game out of it. So it's just fun.

On, and in my previous post I said people were spending over $1000k on tickets for the $565 jackpot. Didn't realize it was actually over $665 million.

Yeah Cani youre right. Rob Dyrdek (The Not funny guy from MTV's Ridiculousness) Spent $700 on the jackpot in March.
Even though his net worth is 15 million and he made I think it was like 30K for each episode of his older reality TV show Rob & Big.
