 GoogleTalkDoes anyone use GoogleTalk? I have it on my phone and I've never used it before but supposedly it works well. If you have it post your gmail and I'll add you.

Re: GoogleTalk I heard nothing but rave things about it. Basically if you have it and have a Wifi connection available you do not have to use minutes. Unfortunately I have an iPhone and Apple has not allowed the application for it yet, which blows. Hopefully it will be coming to the iPhone in the future.

adam.mccurdy here. I'm telling you now, though, as I tell nearly everyone: if you message me on googletalk too frequently, I'll hatebomb you and remove you from my list. It's running on my phone ALL THE TIME, and I don't like getting random messages on GT like "o hay wats up?" That's what AIM and SteamFriends are for. I leave them running on my PC 24/7 and sorta use it like an answering service. If someone has something they need to talk to me about, they can hit me up on AIM or Steam -- that way, if I'm not there, it doesn't bother me, and I generally get back to them when I'm at my PC. GoogleTalk is my on-call messenger, and only a few people from n00bfest are on my list (fomenta, Ginzu, AngryKitten, etc).
