So after nearly a week of bullshitting with the dumb chick's insurance, they give me an offer of $2,765.18 for my car. I told them this was unacceptable considering the condition of the car, miles, and audio equipment in the car, and they basically told me they wouldn't budge. So I decided to do more research, and requested they send me the cars they used to determine the price of my car. They came up with six vehicles, and sent the info for me to review, and for me it became open season.

One car had no odometer reading, and after calling the company selling that car, I found out it was from a salvage yard and sold for $1,500. The next car had over 252,000 miles, nearly twice as much as our car. Two other cars were legit, but were being sold for $3,000. The last two cars happened to be the exact same car they posted TWICE and it was being sold for $3,000 with considerable body damage. So to recap, there were actually five cars provided that all sold for 3k except for the salvaged car. So got back on the phone and told their insurance all of this, said it was bad evidence of price and that I would be accepting no less than 3k otherwise I'd be taking them to court.

I get an email two hours later for the amount of $3,070.18, which is $305 more they could give. In summation, I win.
