It's the asian version of Counter-Strike, they change it a lot from the current game.

What do you mean? The game is leased out similar to how LoL is leased in Korea(or wherever Garena owns) and they have the rights to add pretty much whatever the F*CK they want into the game. The Garena had an unban thing for like $20. I know they also used to do 99RP champs every once in a while. Same thing different game.
