Yeah, almost forgot about the 360 release on May 9. There's a demo for those that would like to try it. It is I believe the equivalent of Minecraft Beta 1.6, so it's just before pistons came out, sadly. The game will update to the more recent versions obviously. In regards to the demo, I just tried it and it lasts about 30 minutes, which is about 3 Minecraft days if you choose not to use the beds. You can play the demo over and over, but it's rather annoying because it has these pop-ups about the achievements and what not that you would get with the full version.

I've played MC on the xbox, and to be honest the pc version is far superior. there are so many things that you just can't craft on the xbox version, you're told what you can build from a preloaded list >.<

There's a very good reason for this though. Minecraft Xbox 360 is at the moment the equivalent of the PC version back when it was in Beta 1.7.3. They recently released the update with pistons, which came out in Beta 1.7. So yes, there's a few things you cannot make, but it's simply because it's not up to speed. There are other reasons besides that which make the PC version superior, but it's still pretty good regardless.
