If you look at the hilltop pic with your gf in it, to the right in the distance are two apartment complexes, my buddy used to live there, I live out of town but its only 15-20 away from there.

Coach wrote: Very last photo = lulz. Awesome stuff there. I loved that picture. I spent 5 bucks on a refrigerator magnet 2 days earlier for my girlfriend with the same exact picture. Wasted money's. snuggle wrote: If you look at the hilltop pic with your gf in it, to the right in the distance are two apartment complexes, my buddy used to live there, I live out of town but its only 15-20 away from there. Oh nice. I like your city. Seems very laid back. One thing I noticed on my way through the city(once there and once back) is that unlike every other large city I've been to I did not see 1 super car in downtown. Not 1. Maybe it's because of the stampede. But I thought that was weird. I think the nicest luxury car I saw was a Mercedes CLS 550. Maybe you would be more likely to see them out in that huge mansion area you can see on the way to the Rockies.. Another thing I noticed is that there is a very large Asian population lol. Bubba wrote: Its amazing how vibrant everything is there. Tell me about it. Pictures look good, but in person, it's a whole new world. Those mountains can not be described, and the color of the lakes are incredible.

 Re: Trip Photos
we're not known for luxury cars this isn't new york where you show off your flash lol. I see a ferrari about once a month, highest end car ive seen is a aston martin vanquish. I see more "flash" in the ne where people are borderline poor than I do downtown.

I see more "flash" in the ne where people are borderline poor than I do downtown. I kind of figured it was more of a countryish city, because I saw so many nice Dodges and big diesel pick ups. But I couldn't be certain because of your damn stampede. Either way, it's kind of weird. All big cities have people that like to show off. But I didn't see any in Calgary. It was a good change. I see enough of that shit around here. Too many rich people near Portland.

Sweet Pea wrote: Awesome pictures! Looks like a great time! Can I plz have your camera? Actually we used 2 different cameras. Want to know how much they are worth combined? $139. Lots of money doesn't buy a camera that takes great photos every time. Just one with the potential to, as long as your willing to spend a hell of a lot more on lenses than you did on the camera+ A good photo program. The first 9 photos are with a $40 Kodak Easy Share that has a panorama setting(F*CKING awesome, and has come in SOO handy.) The rest of them are with a $99 Casio Exilm EX-S200(Was on sale for $99 at Costco with a 4GB Memory card and carrying case.). I would highly recommend the Casio to anyone in the market for a good hand held digital camera for a low price. Camera takes absolutely amazing pictures every single time. The clarity and color are the best i've seen from any camera(Including both of my Canon cameras which cost well over $1000 a piece.) On this trip I didn't have the time to lug around one of the Canons. Plus with those it's a hit and miss as far as quality goes, unless you take the time to go through all the shutter speed setting and all. Even then, I always have to wonder how they actually turned out. With the Casio, I can take a picture, and be 99% positive it turned out great. Casio EX-S200 > all.
