LOL! This beats mine from when I was 17, going to Germany for a school trip (only reason I stuck with my German classes!) - I looked like a skinhead: shaved head, flannel shirt (yes...when I was in high school, the Flannel shirt/Grunge phase was in full effect!).

my passport picture was from before I lost 50 pounds of college beer weight. I almost cant use it now because people dont believe its me

I just had mine taken a couple weeks ago. Although, taking a photo of a photo doesn't provide very good quality...
