By the way, one of the biggest medical uses of pot is for the munchies. Sick folks can't eat, and pot helps them be able to, getting rid of the munchies is pointless. As is getting rid of the giggles, for crying outloud, they honestly think making a terminally ill person laugh isn't good medicine? GTFO with that bullshit.
Tired of the nanny states trying to make pot something it isn't supposed to be. If it is medicine, leave it the F*CK alone. Yeah, wasting syndrome. A lot of people with various illnesses have difficulty gaining weight because they no longer have an appetite, and marijuana has been proven to increase appetite. If removing THC also nullifies this attribute, then obviously non-THC strains wouldn't be used for patients who need it. I'm no expert and I've never tried the 'new stuff', so I can't exactly report back on my findings.

For example, someone is trying to stop drinking coffee and pop but still want a morning boost so they put caffeine in whatever healthier drink they're drinking. Also for homemade something or others may call for it, such as a home made athletic shake.

If a nigga's looking for a healthy way to wake up, do some goddamn yoga, don't pop caffeine because you quit drinking coffee, which is unhealthy mainly due to the caffeine and secondly due to the acidity. Pop is like ummm...it depends on which kind you buy. You can get non-caffeinated pop with stevia and energy-bearing stimulants of a tamer and healthier nature.

I don't doubt the effects of Yoga but in the lifestyle of someone who works 40+ hours a week and has a family at home time cannot be spared for such an activity to try to be more energetic and alive. Hence stimulants. Plus most people in the Midwest and the the South will have nothing to do with such a thing.

You have plenty of time, my own mother does this and she raised 3 kids while working 40 hours a week and medical school full time. She also did most of the housework. And most people in the midwest and the south were taught from birth that anything that wasn't judeo-christian in origin was mumbo jumbo and if it doesn't cater to the norms of their existence it shouldn't exist in the first place. Of course, that statement is full of shit but it'll do.

Oh of course I have time I have no family and all the time in the world but I rather sit on my ass an jack off than do funny poses and learn how to pronounce names such as Yajnavalkya. I hope you do realize throughout this entire thread I haven't used myself in the first person and everything has been about people in general not about me. Not everyone is your mother. In fact a lot of people have a hard time maintaining a 40 hour job and a single extra-curricular activity.

Also, I can name like 5 yoga poses in their sanskrit forms, everything else I just call "you do this thing and then you do that thing" because I could care less what it's called unless I suddenly decided to become an instructor. My yoga looks more like interpretive dance or freestyle martial arts.

We already have tobacco and we see what a waste it is. so lets make another plant that does the same shit technically the native americans smoked tobacco for medicinal purposes. its all the shit chemicals added to smokes that cause all that problems associated with cigarettes.

I am going to show you what ought to have been said: Native Americans smoked tobacco for ritual purposes, and a well-behaved Native would not have smoked much on his own. A pipe was shared among several people, hence the term "peace pipe". I've smoked Native American Spirit, which is 100% tobacco, no added anything and my lungs still hated me. Native Americans (originally) didn't smoke as MUCH or as OFTEN.
