 Family Guy fans.....
So, after starting to watch the new family guys on cartoon network(been watching about the past 7 or 8 new episodes), I am fairly disappointed in the humor.
Unfortunately I cannot nail it on the head what I don't like about it. Some of it is great, reminds me of the older family guys, but these newer ones are really just hit or miss.
Am I the only one who is like this? I am an avid FG fan, always will be, but I am seriously considering not turning it on monday nights due to these(IMO) lower quality FG episodes.
What are your thoughts?

Probably going to have to watch it now Wikipedia Entry on the Plot of Ted wrote: John Bennett (Mark Wahlberg) is a perfectly normal Boston native whose childhood wish for his teddy bear to come to life comes true. The bear, Ted (voiced by director Seth MacFarlane) remains his best friend into his adult years. Conflict emerges when Ted's irresponsible and vulgar slacker lifestyle comes in the way of John's attempt to embrace his adulthood and the woman of his dreams, Lori (Mila Kunis).

I'll always love family guy. There are parts in it that are hilarious. But overall the general quality of the episodes as whole went down. As a FG fan, i guess i must go see Ted.

family guys gone slightly down over the years for the same reason the simpsons went downhill, they ran out of ideas, hence the consistent chicken fights etc. I love teh show still there are moments where I break down crying but most of it, meh. When stewie went from killing lois to closet homo, that killed a lot.

^ Too add to that, along with the chicken fights, they're drawing out the jokes longer and longer -- it's less "story" now, longer joke sequences. All in all, I love FG!

Haha I'm gonna watch it for sure This is family guy we are talking about, repeating what's already been said or done makes perfect sense and should come naturally

I'll go see the movie just to see her. The bong hitting teddy bear is a bonus.
