 Joining the world of headsetsAfter hearing that I'm basically the only n00bfester to use speakers and a desktop mic, not a headset with a mic attached, I decided to get a headset (well, that and that it was an impulse buy from newegg, seeing as this is a sale item right now). I figure I can always plug it into my PS3 and use it for MW3, too...so, I figured why not?

Re: Joining the world of headsets I have a desktop mic but i cant play with speakers anymore. I can't hear the footsteps as well because i have 5.1 speakers and i cant set them up so they are surrounding me.

Re: Joining the world of headsets I prefer separate setup but right now I'm using Turtle Beach Earforce X12's and they're fine. Not the best but okay, and the mic isn't as bad as some other setups. The mic is probably better than the headphones but the headphones are very loud which is good.
@Tazzaler, those PC 360's are boss as hell, I'd like them better if they came in a wireless configuration. _________________  |

Re: Joining the world of headsets meh, honestly i prefer separate headgear and mic, cuz those headphones would never stand up to a legit pair of headphones, and any mic would do. paying extra for a mic attached to a meh pair of cans is overrated, i like a pair of jvc rx700, although if i cared enough about audio quality i would go for something much better

But rosewill makes quality shit,i had a radeon x800xl made by them and it overclocked like a champ at cool temps.Let me know how it does ,im in the market for a cheap headset,my senns broke and i aint giving stupid money for a new set. Im on my old ass plantronics that came over with Noeh.
