Just do the masterbation thing, some working out, maybe some reading (you will have to learn to read), and some outdoors activities. Idk where you live but you can go quading, jet skiing, duning, play basketball, hockey, tennis, baseball, go hiking, or just suck it up and find a good game to play for hours and hours and hours.

Re: video game motivation alternative I do electronic music on the side, plus some guitar stuff that I'm pretty bad at. I'm pretty fond of outdoor hobbies like astronomy. I take my telescope outside during the night and learn as much as I can when I can. There's nobody around to tell me how to do stuff. It's pretty much just you, and the universe.
