We've got servers setup for in-house scrims and such, a more 'professional environment' if you will. If you join vent often enough you may be able to get in on those. Perhaps that'd suit you more.

I see what the OP is saying. I like auto assign, and when teams are uneven just have auto team balance on or allow "votescramble".
The giving extra money to destroyed teams is fine, and All talk is fine (it's a gaming community server, dead all talk is ok too)


But giving one guy 9000 hp or someone giving themselves an m4 even though the map and everyone else has a pistol just started is pretty gay.
