Aldo, I told you earlier today NOT to change your name because of this reason.
If you do stupid shit, you get punished for stupid shit.
On top of that, I had to switch you 2-3 times within a 2 map span because you kept joining the easy team.
You know damn well that you rack up points and that the teams become uneven very quickly due to this reason.
You've even told me that you stack the easy team to get more kills.
Why should we unban you when you're just a nuisance to all of the admins?

Its just a bit hard for me to know what team to join. Sometimes when I join the team with the fewest wins but best players I get told to switch and when I sometimes joins the team with the most kills but who got players that usually arn't that good I get told to switch.

If I get unbanned I will try to change and not do stupid things like joining the easy team and changing name.

But Aldo you've said that shit every single time. You've been playing on our server every day for almost a year now.
You've asked admins what the deal is, and they've told you what you needed to do to correct it almost every single day.
You know what team you should and should not join. Telling me you didn't know is just throwing an excuse at me to make you look good.

If we switch you, I don't want to hear any more whining. We're here to make the server enjoyable for everyone. Not JUST you.
If switching you is going to even the teams, you need to be able to deal with it.
Hardly anyone else ever complains about it, because they know they need to be switched based upon their score and the score of the teams.
Sometimes they even go as far as to ask me switch them. (holy shit how shocking!)

You'll be unbanned after this weekend. But if that shit continues, please know that banning will be in your future.
Our admins are tired of having to babysit you while you're in our server.

Let me take you to Italy... The score 0 CT - 7 T, I ask you to switch, You ignore me.
I switch you myself, u are at the top of the CT team with some score of like 10-2
I even it up a little bit more, slapping and other shit to the Ts.
You are the last one alive each time on CT team. Score turns 3 CT - 11 T
Your score 12-6. As you sit dead while the T's go for their 12th win, You switch over to T, Leaving all the negitive people on CT.
I see this, I tell you to move back or I will slay you, You ignore me again, I slay you, and move you back over.
Score 3 CT - 14 T, You again have died and now at 15-9, You switch again over to T and Twig and Berries points this out ot me after I have been bitching at you over the mic and admin chat the whole time, You ignore me again but yet adknowlege each time I switch you and address me personally and respond to everything else I say to you so u have no excuse of saying u have voice turned off or chat turned off.
You tell me that you are a bad player. How is that possible? you are ranked 2 in the server? At that, as we are talking you move back over to T. I move you back over to CT and at the end of the map, you seeing the T's are about to win again, move back over to T as the map ends.

You know exactly what you are doing when you switch over each time. Playing dumb or playing Forign doesn't work anymore.
