After driving around a '91 Firebird with no AC that had to have only been getting like 12 MPG.. 09 Altima! ♥ cash for clunkers.





I wanted a Civic Si, but since it is apparently their last year, they were "hard to come by" and the guy was like "yeah, we can order you one, but you're basically going to pay sticker price because we're dicks. oh yeah and you'll need to put down a $1000 security deposit." Then after checking out a couple of Ford places that didn't have dick for inventory, we went to some Nissan place and the guy instantly took off like $2500 and after a while we still wanted to go check out another dealership, he wouldn't let us leave and dropped it another $3000. My parents recommended me get it, since the deal seemed really good.

All I wanted was AC, cruise control, and an auxiliary port.. and I got that, so I'm happy.

I have $175 to my name right now, but starting Sept. 14th I'll be working full time this semester at NASA, and that's the sole reason I wanted a new car (besides the fact mine was awful).

Thats pretty cool. Yeah if I traded in my Ford Ranger I'd be left probably like the same amount in my name. lol.

Very nice car, its one of my options to buy a car this year, the 2 others solstice and accord coupe.

Just to top Tucker's story, since I've did it everywhere else so far, my grandma just won a $40,000 '09 Acura last weekend in Tunica, Mississippi from Harrah's Casino. She has to go pick it up in Memphis after she gets back from Vegas on Monday.

Sweet car but you should have bought it a year old and saved a bundle, new cars depreciate way to fast it's better to buy last years model.
