I hope you're serious about losing weight and it's not salads its salad dressing. IF salad dressing is used in a salad that is made by hand with ingredients I bought or otherwise acquired, I generally just make a vinaigrette with olive oil and vinegar and just add spices.

Well everyday i order 2 Caesar Salads from Mickey D's as my lunch and dinner. And for breakfast its generally a muffin or nuthin. (See what i did there?)

My goal this year is to get healthy so that I might reverse my diabetes. Since October I have lost between 40-50lbs (need to wiegh myself again to get the excact number) but I want to make sure I change my lifestyle to the point that I don't ever gain it back.

Make the salad yourself. If you need them for a time when all you can order is fast food, then make the salads in advance pre-package them and then take one whenever necessary. Just make sure to keep liquids and solids separate and the same goes for tomatoes.

So me putting two packs of the dressing on isn't a good idea.

Sorry to be a downer... BUT EVERYONE WHO POSTED ON THIS THREAD IS GOING TO DIE EVENTUALLY. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Keep the dressing simple and if it is fatty, make sure it is 'good' fat like olive oil because at least then you'll prevent heart disease even if you aren't getting skinnier. And learn how to make it. FYI almost everything that tastes good in fast food can be home-made and taste similar or at least taste decent and have a better nutritional profile. Also, most of your carbohydrates should come from dark green vegetables and other 'bitter' veggies (lightly steamed in olive oil).

I've got a few goals for this year. The last 2 years or so, i've put my life on a good track by quitting smoking(Cigs and bud,) focusing on work, got a car, moved out of my dads, explored other countries and cultures. All in all, I doubt I will top last year. In fact, I just want to keep myself on the same path. This year I have a few goals that I will succeed in. And others I want to.

- Go to Calgary Canada and Banff/Jasper National Parks.
- Move me and my girl out of our appt, and into a house.(I will succeed in this. Grandmas selling me her house, $500/Month for 3.5 years.( 1 Acre and a large mobile home that's in great condition.))
- Get 1 more car(I feel that if I have a house to pay for, I want a new car. Then It will be under warranty for the period that i'm paying for the house and I wont have to worry abour $3000 repair bills. Then I can use my old car for travel.)
- Last but not least. Take my girlfriend to Hawaii for a week, and take her to the most beautiful place I can find to propose.

That's what i'm in for this year. But Purple is right. New Years resolutions are stupid. These are goals I have year round. The day of the year never had any part in creating these.

Move to Tampa, FL and be a retired slacker and enjoy going to school for Pre Law

Anyways, Less counter-strike, and more college.

I only have two. The first one is to stop throwing a new years party at my house (rather see some other persons house get destroyed than my own) and the second is not starting next year with a massive hangover

Start a method to get into college (I'm interested in Fire Science Technology), learn to drive and hopefully swim, workout and get fit again to at least get some muscle and get rid of my muffin top, take down my computer and desk to read a pile of books I never got around to and get some sort of life outside the internet...then come back and do all the shit I ended up neglecting like CSS (forums should be somewhat ok..somehow) and other retarded shit (not CSS..its already bad but addictive). Learn real english (I know how to spell but grammar has always been a negative point) read/write (chicken scratch). If everything goes well with college I'd like to join the military with my degree and become an officer and gain more experience to become an even better person...so that one day... I can 1 deag every motherf*cker on the server liek those hackers but without the hacks. I've been planning this all year and its time to get some shit done!!
