Give an example of an occasion when you used logic to solve a problem.
Give an example of a goal you reached and tell me how you achieved it.
Describe a decision you made that was unpopular and how you handled implementing it.
Have you gone above and beyond the call of duty? If so, how?

Tell them you're the descendant of Joseph Göbelles and you will have the job in an instant. He was known for his persuasion!

 Re: Interview
I'm pretty decent at job interviews. Here goes - I hope this helps:
Give an example of an occasion when you used logic to solve a problem. I would start out by saying something along the lines of how I use logic to solve problems every day and feel that anyone who doesn't is missing out on the joys of being an intelligent species. Specifically, I would list something difficult that I'd recently figured out. Make it something that they've likely never heard before so they remember you.
Give an example of a goal you reached and tell me how you achieved it. Pick something different. Don't talk about stupid shit like quitting smoking, not eating so much candy, exercising more, etc -- that's shit that people are likely going to say. You want to set yourself apart from the crowd. Tell them about the most amazing thing you've ever done. I saved money for a year to be able to go to Rome and take a shit at the Vatican because I hate the Catholic Church so much. I achieved it by seeing the light at the end of the tunnel: I could go out, spend money, party, and have fun -- that's all well and good for the time-being, but I felt the value of the long-term goal outweighed those short-term 'wants' enough to keep my discipline in saving. I'm not saying that's a good example to use in a job interview, but it's certainly impressive.
Describe a decision you made that was unpopular and how you handled implementing it. This is a typical management question. The best answer you could possibly give is that you took a multi-faceted approach. You: a - Explained why the decision was made and the breadth of its impact b - Received feedback from the decision c - Addressed the concerns and re-set the expectations and reinforced the need for the decision in those who were displeased
Have you gone above and beyond the call of duty? If so, how? Of course you have - you work in the service industry. You've worked at all hours of the night to ensure service availability to thousands of customers. You've occasionally forsaken certain aspects of your personal life for the gain of the company because at the end of the day, the customer is the person responsible for your paycheck.
What do you do when your schedule is interrupted? Give an example of how you handle it. Prioritize the important things and handle them first, then reschedule the less-important things. In today's fast-paced world, adapt or die.
Have you had to convince a team to work on a project they weren't thrilled about? How did you do it? Happily work alongside them in that project. Show them that they can be successful AND happy doing it. Leading by example is often the best way to lead.
Have you handled a difficult situation with a co-worker? How? I try to avoid difficult situations, seeing as how I can get along with just about anybody. However, when a difficult situation arises, I find that an open dialogue generally helps clear the air. More often than not, it's something that stemmed from a simple misunderstanding and it ends up being something we can just laugh about later.
Tell me about how you worked effectively under pressure. They're asking you about your every-day life here. Again, reinforce the fact that you work in service. The Internet easily the most powerful financial tool in the world. Without it, we wouldn't have giants like Google, Amazon, Ebay, Yahoo. The Internet is the modern world's bread and butter. The weight of the world, and the success of several businesses -- large and small -- is on your shoulders in the Internet service provider space. The easiest way to work under such immense pressure is to have faith in your company and your team of highly-skilled coworkers and just plain-old do the best F*CKING job you can.

 Re: Interview
Protip for doing the class: make handouts that are quick-and-dirty. Make them look nice but don't include ALL of the information there -- include key points and a place to obtain more information. Hand out a quick overview of the key points you're going to hit at the beginning and then a summary at the end. Be sure to find a way to make it occupy most of the page. Use pictures if you HAVE to or if it helps reinforce a point.
For example:
Initial document/syllabus Instructor: Mr. Vip Hagen Subject: Why Your Balls Getting Stuck to Your Leg Sucks Duration: 60 minutes
- What is a sticky ballsack? - Why do they get sticky? - Why does it suck? - What can we do to prevent it from happening?
Final handout Instructor: Mr. Vip Hagen Subject: Why Your Balls Getting Stuck to Your Leg Sucks Duration: 60 minutes
- When your balls get stuck to your leg, it feels icky. - Nobody likes sticky balls. - You have a higher risk of sitting on your balls. - Sticky balls cause cancer
For more information, see internet.lol/stickyballs
