Better watch out, stuntmen getting hurt, contestants getting hurt. Kinda throws the balance of the show off and adds a real sense of danger. Before it was, "This shit is really dangerous, but I'm safe because no one has ever gotten hurt." Now people actually getting hurt. Sometimes i like to guess how hes going to get past some dangerous obstacle by trying to come up with the most outlandish idea... like in season 2 or 3 he made a grappling hook... a freakin grappling hook and slid down to a tree, the whole time being 100 feet off ground.
