I'm 25 years old. I'm a support engineer for a small software startup that develops enterprise systems management software. I currently live, and always have lived in TX. Never finished college. Not married, but I have a girlfriend that I don't intend to marry. (that's not a typo; we've talked about it and don't intend to do it unless there's a legitimate financial benefit in doing so) No kids; not sure if I want any. One dog. No cats.

I'm 23 years old fork lift driver at my local Costco in Victoria, BC, Canada. Been doing that for last 6 years. I'm single and banging chicks while young before settling down with one. As for College/Post Secondary education, I'm not entirely too sure what I would enjoy doing. Cooking or Engineering(Most likely Marine or Electric). I have one cat aka Lobster and she's becoming really friendly since we moved in the new place.

I'm currently taking three classes at my local Junior College hoping to transfer to SDSU sometime soon and then join the Air Force or Marine Corp. I work 48 hours a week as a general merchandising clerk at a grocery store. Coupleing these two things together I am always exhausted but F*CK it who needs sleep. In my free time I like to drive really fast in my sexy 03' G35 that believe it or not I did purchase myself, though it is in my dad's name as I can't affored the insurance on it. And obviously I play Counter-Strike.

I'm a 29 year old life-long student. I love learning new things, and have been enrolled in one school or another for quite some time. I have yet to graduate from any school simply because I've had at least 4 different residences in 3 different states since starting college. I'm very nomadic in nature and my life seems to be stabilizing ever so slightly, having been certified at the State level to be a Personal Support Specialist, which is basically a somewhat medically trained housekeeper and gopher for the physically/mentally disabled and/or elderly. It's not a bad gig considering my situation, but it's just something to do while I continue my formal education. I'm currently enrolled in a community college (junior college, like SUPERFLU), and also taking three courses; Marine Biology, Introduction to Early Childhood Education, and American Government. I would like to be a teacher some day. My hobbies include: Yoga, Cooking, Foreign Languages, Musical Instruments/Vocals and Reading. When I don't feel like doing these things, or even when I am doing them, it's possible that I might also be playing a video game.

I've never been married, and although I've never personally had a pet to call my own, every time I move somewhere, the other people in the house/apartment/trailer/shelter seem to have pets and I tend to get along really well with them. I haven't produced a biological specimen a la the probably forthcoming "little t0ken", but many of my friends have children and I love all of them as if they were my own, and treat them as such.

I was born and raised in Maine, and currently reside here. This is always subject to any chance occurrences in my life. My preference once my education is completed (at least enough to where I might find gainful employment, as I am intent on remaining a life-long student to some degree), is to travel worldwide and do stints here and there until I find a place where I just don't want to leave.

You might be surprised about affording college. You're at an age where there are a great deal of programs out there for individuals such as yourself who are looking to further their education.

Yea, I'm sure I could now, but I'm happy where I am in life. When I tried to apply after high school, I was told my Dad made too much money to get many grants, but his job situation was sketchy (the plant he worked at ended up closing down a year later). I may look into some online courses, because I do like learning new things as well. Ideally I'd love to do something with history, like teaching. Or become an archaeologists.

Ya, learning is fun. Also, in the words of 311, "Life's not a race." Take your time if you're comfortable where you are, and just go at your own pace. You might even make enough now to just take classes a la carte and should you ever decide to devote more time, you'll already have something to build upon.
