 Minecraft Server Suggestion. 2nd minecraft server set on the hardest difficulty.
What keeps me interested in Minecraft is the survival aspect, not the building.
I propose we make a Minecraft server set on the hardest difficulty. No Mods or add ons. Just straight up Minecraft survival. : )

But there are some neat mods that can enhance the survival thing. One I liked are giants. Rare spawn, configurable health and drops. Have them be hard to kill, but drop a couple diamonds. Good reason to go hunting! Also another nice mod to have is the one that restores health when you sleep. There's another that makes zombies break through defined blocks like wood and dirt to get to you. Forces you to reinforce your house. _________________ SSSSsssssss

IMO, that was the best zombie game ever. I'll never do it because it requires way to much time and effort I just can't afford to give it, but that would be completely legit.

Re: Minecraft Server Suggestion. Hey, if you guys still have a backup of the old server, You can actually run both at the same time with Bukkit. I run a setup where one server is a freebuild, jump through a specific portal and you're in the "classic" one, with all mods deactivated. It's pretty neat.

Re: Minecraft Server Suggestion. Are they gonna wipe the server again when the new patch comes out? It seems the only way to get the newer biomes is to restart. The old map will still work, it's just no mob villages or anything else.
