Its 2 seconds not 3 some stop bitching. Wirh that it will cut down on the spawn team attacking.

IMO, which means jackshit, allowing people to rush > accidental spawn team attacking that happens once every 20 or so rounds.

Hold down the W key and you'll run as soon as freeze time is up.

I think it's great.
But i account for like half all those accidental spawn attacking..

I don't like the buying freeze time

For me, the ability to rush out right when the round starts to catch the opposing team by suprise in their rush is what brings me satisfaction when I play. Now I have to go out with joe the noob who will just end up blocking in general (blocking rushes, blocking players Who are trying to move from Inc "grenadas", or just simply standing behind the team and shooting them up when they see an enemy)

ON A DIFFERENT NOTE....
this came up once already but I'll just reiterate what coach said at our meeting. half the reason why you guys have no clue why and whats going on is because you're not participating in the forums enough to know. start paying attention to the stickies and shit, and maybe when you post in the right thread and become active with your voice (off of counterstrike) those little opinions will be put into consideration/implemented. the request to change it back will be disregarded until posted into the correct thread. you will hardly find completely useless posts by me in order to get a I AM A HOMOSEXUAL post count. no offense to you guys, but its just a general statement. im not accusing you guys in this thread or anyone else for that matter of trolling all day, though it happens, and whats worse is when we have issues, or suggestions go into effect it seems like no one in the world is around to know it until theres 17 billion pages of replies and people get nosy enough to read.

I live on the forums yet I pay no attention to stickies...there is like 8 of them up there and I have no clue whats new or not and shit...

I check the forums multiple times a day, however for some reason, I can't ever tell if there's a new sticky or anouncemetn because of the icon set it has... Regular posts don't suffer from this.. I'm using the HL2 theme and others just have these random ass colors/etc.. Was trying to get the default theme just yesterday but i'm not sure its there :P

its not a huge issue, but its for your benefit ultimately, not mine. i am making arrangements to the server to enhance EVERYONE'S play time. not just those who think something should be changed because thats what they are used to. n00bfest is an always-changing always-evolving community, whether or not it affects a minor or major group isnt the point, but changing and making things better for everyone is.

But its the one at the start, its kind of cool since when you get a bunch of retards in your team and you yell "RUSH MOTHERFUCKERFRUITTYPIECOCKMONGLINGCROTCHGRABBINGBIKESTEALINGNIGGRAS" they now would have a chance to think about it and buy theyr shit even faster, rather than lasting 2 minutes using the mouse to buy, not knowing that the f2 exists and also the f10.
