I have no idea how to setup source and im finding myself with the sickness again,so can someone help me with a config?
I know how to setup cs and zero but i have very little time on source.Ive always just used the default but now i want to more competitive.

cl_cmdrate 100, cl_updaterate 100, crosshairscale 2000 or higher depends on how small you want them.

i just put:

rate 30000 cl_cmdrate 101 cl_updaterate 101 and cl_crosshairscale 3800 (makes the crosshair really small, helps for aiming)

and than i have bind (key) "bet t/ct all"

should be...

cl_cmdrate 100
cl_updaterate 100
rate 25000 (or 30000 works too)
cl_interp_ratio 1

once you set them once your set forever. they will adjust if a server is not rated as high but they will go back to these settings when you join a server that accepts them.

i use cl_crosshairscale 5000, and dynamiccrosshair 0 is crucial.
