I'll get some photos of my trip up soon, but I'm really really glad to be back in the US alive. At one of the places we stayed there was no hot water so each shower had small heater on it. Apparently there's no such thing as an electrical code in Tanzania. They had three short wires leading out of the shower heater that were connected with the mains with saran wrap and scotch tape Yellow_Flash_Colorz_PDT_23 When I looked closely at the shower, I saw some burn marks from the bottom of the heater unit back to the metal pipe. It really sucks trying to take a shower while keeping an eye on the shower head to make sure it isn't sparking or about to fry you.
