What's some good music you're listening to lately?

I'm making my 4th Road Trip CD of the year and I need a few more songs. (BonerJamz - '08 #4)

I've brought a few songs back from a while ago that I like. Right now the playlist is:
Offspring - You're gonna go Far, Kid.
    S.o.a.D. - Chop Suey
Bloodhound Gang - Ballad of Chasey Lain
Bloodhound Gang - Uhn Tiss Uhn Tiss Uhn Tiss
Bloodhound Gang - The Inevitable Return of the Great White Dope
    Foo Fighters - My Hero
    Jimmy Eat World - Pain
Lupe Fiasco - Streets on Fire
Rise Against - Give It All
    Fall Out Boy - I Don't Care
Ludacris - What Them Girls Like.
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Snow ((Hey Oh))

    Confirmed.
    Hesitant about.
    Filler at this point.

Now, the only reason a few of those are included is because I'm learning how to play a lot of music lately, thus, songs I can play on the guitar or drums are more fun to listen to. Chop Suey was a song in particular I didn't care for, but when I actually listened to the drums I realized they were beastly, now it's a favourite of mine. The same goes for Rise Against and Fall-Out Boy - two bands I usually don't pay much attention to.

Bloodhoung Gang screams Road Trip CD, which is why they're included so much, and while I was a bit hesitant to listen to some new Offspring, I was pleasantly surprised with how good that song is.

So, while any music will do there is a certain, road-trippy style that can't be described as well as I'd like it to be, but you know the quality of that kind of song. For example, bands like Offspring, Sugarcult, Bloodhound Gang, and DMX are all great for the road.

I'm also trying not to overlap any songs on this CD with any of the other CD's.

I'm aiming for at least 18 Songs, so far I have 6 confirmed, 4 Uncertainties and 2 Fillers.

I refuse to put Bulls on Parade on it.

I'll listen to Pantera and while I'm ashamed of you for suggesting NiN, I'll give it a listen because I love you.

EDIT: I stumbled off this page, and the FIRST thing was Wikipedia of Trent Reznor.

F*CK.

The Ramones are the biggest embarrassment known to music.

DMX, Wu Tang, Three6 and Tupac have done wonders for many a road trip for me, Deep.

I'll listen to all these now.

Punk's fine.

The Ramones are not.

Ludacris is a joke, it's a song that's only on there to be obnoxious with for the most part.

Rap is included on BonerJamz/Road Trip CD's to be hilarious on the road.

You see some white-ass University kids rollin' by screamin out "WHAT" and "NIGGA" with DMX, you be lollin'.

I've lived all around Florida. I see this everyday. The pathetic thing is they are really serious about it, as if it's indicative of their 'hardness'.

Remember.

This is less of a "General Music You Like" thread and "Good songs for Road Trips" thread.

Title's deceiving, I know.

Anyway, while I'm liking a fair bit of the music being recommended, the majority of it is a tone for either just sitting around to, raving to or killing babies to.

Remember, Road Trip.
