I'd rather have my CPU @ 3.2ghz and run at 24c then 4.5 @ 50c, but meh.

I changed the GPU at the last minute. This is the one i ended up using(though they are basically interchangeable). Nice stuff, I would've just changed up the MB, have you looked at the X38/X48 NB? Great for OC, and very easy to maneuver in BIOS. But price-wise, your choice was about $100 cheaper.
