hetfield is good but i think his personal issues hold him back at times.

wqhats his name from disturbed ( like his open style)
as for satch, malmstien, and vai.. they're great technically but not enough soul for my taste

Dan Donegan is the guitarist for Disturbed, and I agree, he's awesome.
Haven't listened to too much of Dimebag's stuff, but I'll have to rectify that when I get the time.

Robert Johnson was amazing and he is a really good bluesman i like also chuck berry ....
for the fan of blues watch the movie Crossroads its pretty good
