OR... how about this:
The lowest scoring player on each team gets redirected to n00bfest, since they're obviously not ready for 1337fest.

 Well, I am usually one of the lowest scoring people (vendetta your old computer sucks balls) but I think the idea of having people on both teams with the lowest score having to sit out for a few rounds, and at each map change, lowest score sits out the next map. It will help keep 1337 people on the server( noobs will want to gtfo after a while) and the 1337 server would be a good place to attract funding from hard-core gamers who know they can go there to face a real challenge against other pro's and test their skills, because they know noobs will be taken care of, regardless if there are admins online or not. I would also have to be configured if there are only a few people online because then you may have people challenging each other and waiting to get at each other because they were put o spectate. I think if there are less than 6 people on the server, that the penalties are altered for being such a noob. To let pros have a good go at each other when no one else is on. Irregardless, I will be more than glad to help with anything in my mexican powers.

i think they should get a menu or choice to be redirected... what if l33tfest is empty... sending the top player over there might not seem so rewarding :P
