It's a sad sad day when n00bfest feels it's in a position to have to debate on letting hackers back into the community. Even if he does get back in, it won't be for long. He'll constantly be accused after every head shot, and there will be more and more of these kind of post, not only from him, but from other hackers that get caught and read this post. Once a hacker, always a hacker. It's unfair to the legit players who put in time to enhance their gameplay to have some idiot use hacks on the noobfest community in order to gain some kind of advantage, even if he did suck using them. Just remember, if he wouldn't have gotten caught, he'd still be using them, and probably learn on how to not be so obvious at it. I say let him hook up with Turtle, and slam the door in his face. Then again, we're obviously so desperate for people to play here, maybe there's no harm in letting hackers back into the community as long as they say they're sorry. Good Grief!

It sounds like this guy is young and stupid. Young stupid people make mistakes. We've all been trying to be a little lenient on troublemakers lately and this guy actually likes the community. I don't think we should just slam the door in his face if he's trying this F*CKING hard to get back in. It really means he wants back in. I for one, would enjoy seeing more new faces in the forums and vent. Also, the fact that someone sucks at doing something pretty much levels out most if not all of the advantage given.

This is just my suggestion but I'd say if we decide to: unban him, tell him to change his name and show/tell no relation to the previous one, and delete this post. That way he'll get to come back, not be harassed as much, and no other hackers can come readin this post. If it turns out he's hacking, then he'll just get banned again.

Where do you draw the line? He was hacking, admitted to it, and yet there is still a discussion as to bringing him back in because he is young, and made a mistake? He was cheating, and even kids in elementary school know what cheating is. If he liked this community enough to "try so hard" to get back in, he should have liked it enough to not download hacks. Go ahead and leave this one up to the Council, but I'm pretty sure that if there simply was a community vote for this matter it would be cut and dry. I'm just confused as to why this has become such a grey area. There used to be rules set in stone, and for some reason I can't believe as to why this rule is being allowed to be bent.

From what he told me the day of the ban, which was months ago, it doesn't sound like he even knew he had hacks on his computer, because he wasn't the one who downloaded them. Some people get second chances. Some people don't. If nobody got a second chance, we'd all look like C*CK. If everybody got a second chance, people would walk all over us.
