Earlier in the evening, a few admins tagged with the [n00b] tag were present watching me play on cbble, port and dust1. After a few hours, Kitten logged in and had watched me as well until the map had changed to d2. After a few complaints, he finally kicked and banned my ID. The cause and reason is still undetermined and unknown. If there are demos present, please provide them to me as I would like to see all hard evidence against me, unless this admin exercised poor judgement ( which I believe is what had occured ).

Please notify this specific admin and let him respond, or perhaps this admin community can respond for him. Are players kicked and banned for performing well? Do admins kick and ban players without performing any kind of research first?

Kitten has posted the ban in our admin forum and defended it. I'm not sure if you just caught him on a bad day or not, but he stands by the decision, so we stand by him unless he reconsiders.

Basically this ban is based out of someone's hunch.

I banned you under my own suspicion of your illegitimacy. I spectated you and while the majority of your actions I could explain away as the other player making too much noise and you hearing them, I found a large minority also happened to be prefires in spots not normally camped and following players through walls when they made no sounds. That, coupled with with the fact that you did tag up with "no sound" at one point while continuing to play in that manner lead to my decision.

I stand by it even if it may have been wrong.

I mean no offense to you as the player and would hope to have a CAL match against you some time because I would like to have a controlled battle.

Thank you for your honest explanation. There's no way I could probably persuade you to change your mind, unless you wanted to spectate some of our own matches. Your response has been the best so far, other than these so-called players who don't care about competition/are completely biased for defending the reputation of their so-called community. Maybe we can scrim one day and have this "controlled" battle.

I honestly don't care about myself being banned, since I mostly play on pub servers just to hear people complain about how I am such an unlegit I am. I just wanted to see what his basis of banning me was, even though I could explain every single kill that I made on any demo made of me.

To those who responded with useless replies, get good. If you don't care about skills don't complain if someone is better than you and get crazy-happy if that person gets banned since you're so horrible. I came here to post about my ban and no one gave me a straight answer about it, but instead insulted me for simply defending myself.
