 I bought that guitar
I went to Chuck Levin's Washington Guitar Center and bought a guitar today. w00t.
Yamaha PAC-112J with a Marshall MG15 COR amp. I think. All together, everything cost me 400 bucks. Bought seperately, and not in a starter package. Which is pretty good I thought. Only problem with it is when I turn on my amp, I get a shitload of static.

Looks cool how does it sound with the marshall? I've heard that those types of amps are very well made and are good for rock and metal. I would suggest getting a noise suppresor pedal to get rid of the static. Also maybe turn down the gain on the amp.

I never thought of a noise suppressor petal though. My step-dad has something similar to a noise-suppresing power strip that he said he'd lemme try out. But other than that, it sounds pretty good with the Marshall. I was playing it out in the store with the few shitty notes I know and it was pretty badass. You bought a $400 guitar and you need a new motherboard?
Grats.
(I'm just jealous because my guitar is the acoustic one I stole from my disabled uncle after he had an aneurysm. Then I had to get the strings redone for a left handed person. Then I didn't learn how to play because I can't do one things for longer than

Games like Oblivion 'n Shit can't wait.
But then again, I've never really seen anyone turn having a l33t PC into a viable career.

Yeah I think I got 'em fixed up on MSN, told him to turn down the gain and if he wanted distortion I told him to look for an OD switch and sure enough there was. :D
Looks like a pretty nice setup, still waitin' for some money to start flowin' in until I can get me a new one.
