 Mentaly insane So as you know there was an massacer in VT Tech the guys name was cho seung-hui and in the pass he was charged about annoying contacts and stalking two girls and he always didnt talk at all shoulders down and talking to himself so basicly the guy was mentaly insane the cops knew about this in the pass so wat do you think about mentaly insane ppl what should we do about it knowing these ppl are a danger to himself and danger to others

Even if they knew he was insane he would have to commit a crime to recieve any help and even that would only get him locked up with minimal help. Times have changed when it comes to the mentally ill. Here in Michigan the state stopped funding facilties for metally sick people. Then when the money stops coming in they had to close. Hundreds of peteints dumped into the streets with nothing more than what they were wearing. Now drive through Dtroit or Pontiac, (if you watched the new southpark episode about bums you know what its like) see if you can make it through without seeing at least three bums. Not gonna happen.
A little off subject, but I hate bums.
