Hi everybody, I'm the Tetris guy he's talking about.

I don't cheat. Never have. I've got screenshots and video of me playing, if you need any for review. People like Cartel (MESSERSCHMITTca is his game name) get bent out of shape because when I own them it's so mind boggling to them how bad they are, when they thought they were good.

I play on a brand new HP laptop with mono sound. Well, it's stereo but I can't hear much left vs. right, it all sounds like mono sound. I can't imagine how many complaints I would get if I was wearing my old headphones, with are screwed up.

Background information on me: I've competed professionally in Quake 3 Arena, Quake II, and I was a CAL champion for Q3RA3. CAL as in the amateur version of the CPL. I have an undefeated 1v1 record in Quake II instagib.

I've played FEAR since FEAR Combat was made free, but I played on my old computer, which had an older ATi video card, which gave me something like 10FPS in the game. Now my laptop is pretty smooth (except it lags around smoke) and I do believe I'm better, or at least not stressed out because of the constant lag and visual strain.

I do however get stressed out when scrubs talk trash.

"Cartel's" accusations are ridiculous for the most part. He did list Viet as a hack, and he was hacking. He was shooting people from all the way across the map on Dead Wood, a very large outdoor map in FEAR. Viet was also doing something with melee, punching every which way and when he'd come around anyone our sound would mess up, which is a known sign of someone hacking in FEAR.

Cartel also accused myself and =BH=Micro. He's dead wrong on this. I don't know anything about =BH=Micro, but from what I could tell the dude sucks, no offense. He was just using remote bombs and power weapons. This made Cartel (MESSERSCHMITTca) cwy like a baybeeeeeee. So anyone who uses power weapons is apparently a hacker, according to his logic.

As far as my name goes, Tetris, with all the funny characters... This is no hack. In fear when you choose your name, press ALT+1 or any other number, and you get different characters to use in your name. 1 is a smiley. There are card symbols, different weird shapes and stuff. I thought it'd be cool to make a Tetris block and a different name.

If you ban anyone, I suggest it be MESSERSCHMITTca for wasting your time and being a poor sport. He gets owned and makes the whole server suffer by creating a "BLAME GAME" atmosphere. Once he calls someone a cheater, everyone starts pointing fingers at them.

I do agree that you should enable voting, though. All of the rest of the players there are mature and experienced enough to know a cheater from a non-cheater. We all spotted "Viet" and everyone else on the server said that I was legit, in my defense.

I do believe that we would have kicked MESSERSCHMITTca instantaneously for his attitude.

I play regularly on your server, and I really like it. The ping is nice, and the players are cool for the most part. If you need someone to enforce the rules, send me a PM and I'll be ready.

Second, you posted a screenshot that looks like the shittiest example of hacking I've ever seen. You're complaining about a guy that is 2-0? and another that is 9-1?

We have almost NO admins for the FEAR servers yet. We are recruiting admins for those servers, and if anyone is interested they are welcome to apply in the "membership and admin requests" forum.

I don't cheat, and I highly doubt that guy H_T_M_L cheats either. He was doing absolutely nothing suspicious when I was playing him earlier.

MESSERSCHMITTca was never in the top bracket of either team when he played, so I don't think he's even remotely qualified to make judgements on someone else's playing abilities.

I'm going on to play for a little bit right now in case anyone wants to record me. This is ridiculous.

EDIT: And if anyone can tell me how to get FRAPS working, it'd be much appreciated. I installed the free demo version a week ago, and just got the full version. APPARENTLY if you had the demo version and you upgrade to the full, it won't work unless you basically format. (LOL... Format for FRAPS.) Until then, I'm stuck with crappy 30 second recordings.

Listen, until we get admins for the FEAR servers, it's gonna be like the wild west out there. If you really expect to come to the website and get something done, post a screenshot showing rediculously high scores and we could do something about it.

Coming here and complaining about it was a good idea, but you didn't bring any proof with you.

We already know we don't have enough admins in there, and we're looking to fix it. Until we have them you might have to deal with some cheaters.

I don't see anything that makes me think those guys could be cheaters, so I'm not gonna bash them or ban them.

I had to disable the vote bans because some assholes from some other clan were coming in and ganging up against people and vote-banning/kicking everyone that wasn't in their clan.

I've played FEAR regularly (until a week ago) and I ban people I suspect of cheating. I think I'm the only regular admin in the servers. We need more of them, but we need level headed people that can keep their cool and not make judgements based on the fact that someone is a really good game player.

Observe in First-person mode, and take a screenshot at the END of the match and let us see how bad it is.

By the way, our servers DO NOT suck.

What's ridiculously high scores?

I had like over 50 kills and like... 4 deaths earlier because I was camping on defense with power weapons and full armor with the particle gun (railgun wannabe weapon).

That doesn't make anyone a cheater.

You can not die if you play smart. I typically let cannon fodder run in before me, see if they get killed, and then I know if it's safe to go in guns ablazin' or if I should run... Fight or flight. Everyone else is rackin' up the crappy kill to death ratios by just storming into a place like it's not being defended. That's just poor gameplay strategy.

I've literally had games where I did not die, whereas cheaters die CONSTANTLY because they don't play smart. They just run in and expect their bot to do all the work, as if they won't catch a grenade in the face for their stupidity.

Play with me sometime. Chase me, video tape me. No cheats.

CorpseHumper, if you enable voting I highly recommend turning off the voting of "next round" and "next map" and "ban player." There are hackers that repeatedly vote "next round" so you can't kick them. Their hack keeps voting it and voting it and voting it, so you don't have a chance to vote to kick them off.

Blahhhhhhhhhhhh... I don't even play F.E.A.R. and it's already sucking me in with it's drama. >.<
