For the record - I tried to fix it and couldn't find the account with the caret, so I figured someone else already took care of it.

I did took care of the username and changed his password since he did not remember. He needs to use the password I sent him via PM.
Raven,
I found another issue. There was another user with the same username but with "r" caps off.
