As of late there has been plenty of minor incidents that have people going off on each other, yelling into their microphones, intentional team attacking, and straight up badgering of other players.
We are better then this. I am asking first to all admins to tend to these behaviors. People mic spamming will be warned then kicked if they insist on talking when dead or just constantly gabbing away just to have everyone hear them with no end to their chatty-kathy antics. Yes, we can have fun but really do we need to hear a full minute of someone talking about nothing at all?
Intentional team attacking... one person gets over excited about playing CZ and pops a round off at another player. Then that player, now missing some health and some armor returns fire at that person who hit them or maybe not even the person that fired at them but someone just getting into the server. This behavior always spirals into someone ending up tk'ed. I am just going to straight up kick anyone who intentionally team attacks and especially if its a spawn area.
Badgering... this is a gray area. People love to talk smack and give a good nudging at another players abilities. This gray area goes bad when people do get upset and it turns into a verbal attack. At the point of a person actually verbally attacking another person is when admins need to step in. We are here to have fun and not place people into a psychotic episode. Admins will be using the private tell commands to have the person that is badgering another player to stop and just play the game. if they keep on badgering/ making fun of another player either by voice or text they get a kick. The command for private tells = amx_psay PlayersName ThenTypeAMessageAfterwards.

Note to Admins: when using the kick command please type in a message after the kick command, so people will know why they were kicked. i.e.
amx_kick PlayersName afk 3 rounds
amx_kick PlayersName intentional team attacking
amx_kick PlayerName mic spamming

Nicely put, Ode...something to add to it. For all of us admins: when someone is being annoying on the mic, all you have to do is ask them to stop. If they dont, amx_banvoice players name. It works wonders! Then you can talk to them, and ask them if they're going to stop being annoying. If they say yes, amx_unbanvoice players name. Simple as that. That way, you don't have to take it to the next level. Levels of escalation. Learn it...Live it...LOVE it! I sure as hell do!
Oh...and if you're the unlucky person who gets their voice banned, take that as a hint that you need to shut up and just play the game. Do not get irrate with the admin, for that will just get you to the next level. Be patient and, over-all, be calm.
