Mr Warrior. It';s the lower the latency the better. YOu can't tell me d/ling as over 3000kbps is worse than downloading 1000kbps. Same goes for uploading. The higher the better for d/l and upload rates.
Or else that would mean that I and everyone else has much faster speeds to server halfway across the world instead of connecting to a server next door to us. _________________
