I brought this up before, and people clearly hated the idea. But... It would be like giving props to a thread. in a small bar on one side, or at the top of the topic, people can rate the post from 1-5. The other people who come in to view the posts will see that it has a low/high rating and decide to view it based on that. If you hate someone, think the post is a waste of time, incorrect, or spam, you can give it a low rating. Then others can skip the baddies. I would assume we would only do this for topics, because if we did it for people, the people who post the most would obviously get more points) |

If you want to code it all yourself and make sure it's tested on a different bored before you put it in here, then maybe it'll be considered.

Yeah, I dunno...I think everyone would either do it based on how much they like the person that posted, or (like me probably) just not vote. I never rate things if I have the choice not to, it's just not worth it. I don't think it's that much of a waste of time to glance at threads, and just ignore them from then on if they suck.
