Post n00b Servers Ping
I don't know what is going on but I use to have an average ping on all n00b servers between 50 and 60. Now i have about 70 to 80 on the Fun Maps and 130 to 150 on the Main Server.

Does anyone is also having same type of problem lately?

Yup, the funmaps is the same 70-85 and main is 90-105. Kind of weird.

We're from Canada, though, DeagleR, we should expect pretty large pings considering the servers are in the southern states.

My choke is going through the roof. Something is up. My ping is about 10 higher than it was a couple months ago.

That's exactly what I am talking about JFOBP. Something happened because my ping used to be really good and now is really going UP

I always ping 25-35ish unless I'm downloading stuff so no complaints here. The registry is kind of poor though...

Mine used to be 120-130 now it's under 100 so I'm happeh :D

Also, if you use Rogers, that IS another reason why your ping would be high and get higher.. Rogers sucks and is gradually slowing down all of their services. :\

i dont know if it is the server, but my keyboard keys seem to stick, like if i were to press 'w' then it would go forward like normal, but when i let go it would still go forward for a bit, but that also happens with my mouse, so i dont think they would both stick at the same time...

You know what the funny part is with all that. When i use to have my ping at 50-60 my internet conection was about 4MB DWNL and 450K UPL and a couple of weeks ago my ISP changed because Comcast bought Adelphia here in south florida and now my speed is average 6MB Down. and 450K Upl. I thought well now my game connection will fly... it flew indeed but down ways... :(
