That dude did a horrifing thing and only God can decide whether or not he's going to hell. But, the worst part is it was children. Most children at that age (not all) don't even have the ability to be "sinister" and they just want to have fun. They're just so peaceful (for the most part) and never in the world deserved that. My prayers are out to those families that lost someone.
