I wont get to be in florida for this one. Im out in cali for now but for some reason they said that our whole class might be going to pennsicola now again for a week or two but its still up in the air the cno hasnt decided what he wants to do with us yet so as usual I have no idea whats going on in my navy career lol.

There were quite a few male named storms that were beast. Two of which happened not too long ago. Charley and Ivan. Then we have from a few years back Hugo which dominated the Carolina's.

I went thru Charley...he was a mean motherfu**er who screwed up my car by hurling 50 lb roofing tiles thru the windows and busting it all up, we nearly lost the roof and the SOUND of tornados going over...argh, scary.

This one will be just a big rainstorm, and that's it, thank goodness.

I sat through Ivan and it was deffinately one of the scariest moments of my life.

Well, it is nearly over us, and just as I thought, rain rain rain. But it didn't even start till late afternoon, and everything is either closed or extended hours. Dumbasses...had to go into work at 6:42 am to entertain all 3 people in the parks. Ugh.

i survived hugo i was living with my mother in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. i remember we was on the 3rd floor of the apartment complex and 3 blocks from the beach and the water was over the cars in the complex. that was crazy. my mother survived years later in Miami she was in a shelter and said the wind was blowing so hard the walls where sweating on the inside of the shelter from the force of the wind pushing the rain. she didnt have power for like 2 monthes.
