i was wondering what is a program that lets you edit demos and stuff

You need a program like Fraps (which is fairly simple to use) or VideoMach to take seperate recordings of the demo while you replay it ingame. This converts the recording to a basic video file playable on Winamp, WMP, etc. Then you can use something like Windows Movie Maker or some other video editor to fine-tune and place seperate clips together.

lol most players in cal have the same interp you do. Its np, lv-gamer said something about it refreshes faster, idk.

just trying to help.
edit:
Basiclly- The hitboxes registered infront of him, not with him, which is what ex_interp 0.01 does.
