Hopefully you are back on your feet before our match HHB. We can't have you playing a little rusty. I mean even I have been playing a lot more lately to work on some techniques and crap. And I'm the worst on our team.

I've had two computers fall apart on me this week. My laptop has been getting worse and worse. It's a two and a half year old Alienware, and it's taken some serious abuse. Luckily, I got the 3 year warranty on both my Alienwares, so I can send it off for repair.
What went wrong with my laptop:
The screen flickers from time-to-time because of a loose connector in the back. I've never opened that part of a laptop so I'm not comfortable working on it. If you apply pressure to it by flexing the screen from the back, it usually clears up.
The DVD drive is FUBAR. I pulled it one day while it was on. You don't have to shut the laptop down before removing it, but I think it was actually accessing the drive when I removed it. Oops.
Much of the paint is gone in the areas where my hands rest on it.
Several keys are broken, and I've pulled other keys that I don't use much (right hand side cntl-alt-menu, and start buttons) to replace the battle damaged ASDW and left control keys.
The hard drive finally took a shit. It started making a fuss about two weeks ago. Every now and then it would sound like hell. This week, it finally started making that noise constantly, and it woke-up one morning with a "Operating System Not Found" error. The drive won't even turn anymore. (note to self: laptops are not rated for continuous 24/7 duty. Especially when not cleaned internally on a regular basis.)
NOW MY BIG ALIENWARE TOWER DIED!!
Well it partially died and it was partially killed. I'm not sure of some of the specifics. I have deduced the following based on the symptoms: An ad-ware component replaced my winlogin file and re-wrote my winlogin registry entry. My autoscans and virus detection found it and deleted it in the middle of the night two days ago. When we woke up, the computer would login and immediately log back out. Couldn't get it to stay logged in. I did some interweb searching on Mandy's computer and found out that is a symptom of that particular adware virus.
I had to do a full repair of the OS from the CD, which went better than expected. Everything was saved (all my softwares, mediumwares, and thickwares) but my mouse wouldn't work. Even worse.... none of my USB shit works. Checked all my drivers and software issues, nada. I even installed an extension board and connected it to the motherboard's USB pins for the front connectoins (which I don't use) and the mouse lit-up for a minute, then died. If I put the USB/PS2 adapter on my mouse and plug it in next to the keyboard, the kayboard dies too.
I've double checked my BIOS settings, and everything else I can think of. The only thing I know to do next (I don't wanna send it to Alienware at the same time as my laptop and do without both of them) is buy a cheap USB stand-alone card and install it to see if it'll work. Something appears to be wrong with the input device voltage or control bus. I've never head of a virus with this type of side effect, but it didn't have any of these problems before the virus attack.
At least I still have Mandy's computer to play on! (knocking wooden Kano-head doll)

Probably need to reinstall your chipset drivers.Check to see what mb you have and download them from there site, thats probably the reason for no mouse or usb.
