Make sure the power supply supports SLI, and scrap the mouse and get a Logitech 518. You need a 5 button mouse to play any FPS games. And HD(s)?

I have that processor and I absolutely love it. A guy I work with has that motherboard (or one very very similar) and he's in love with it. With that cpu, the mobo, and that ram, you've got a very solid combo.
The video card is nice, but a bit pricey. You could drop $50 off that price and get two of something almost as good and see the same perfect performance since it's SLI.
Don't get a mouse that requires batteries. Either get one with a cord, or one that you can dock at night to charge.

The power supply you recieve with the case is probably a second-rate supply, you should buy a new one if you want SLI.

I personally would get a dvd burner or 2, they cost like $10 more that just a reader and can be useful.

Yeah, find a cheaper case or one that doesn't come with a power supply and pick yourself up a nice OCZ power supply.

I've never really underdstood why people get such hard on's about cases. If it holds my stuff and has good ventilation, it's all good.
