Well, right. But if someone is speed hacking in iceworld, there isn't really a need for someone to make sure. If you cant tell what a speedhack is, then, you shouldn't be an admin. But anyways, normally, yes you do need a demo.

The way I gather, if someone's going around just knifing everyone, speedhacking no...but i'm sure someone else will come around saying, Yes...get a demo AND THEN ban them...
