Was running some errands last night. Had the windows down, and the tunes up (Janes Addiction - Just Because). I hear from behind me someone going WOT with a CAI. So I look in the rearview, and see a silver Civic working his way through traffic way behind me. So I go back to enjoying my Marlboro, and tunes paying no heed. So I get a traffic light, and the Honda lines up next to me. Typical F&F type. Hat on sideways, thumping bass, acting like a thug. The Honda looked stock (at least not riced out...yet). He's deep staging the light, so when we go green, and I let Mr Thug take the lead. Gave him a 1/2 car length before mashing the GO PEDAL. I pass him, and put a car length on him at 60', left the tranny in 1st until I hit the OMG VTEC just to rub it in, then coasted to the traffic in front. Mr. Thug in the meanwhile got stuck behind a slower moving car so his first attempt on the ricerflyby is denied. So he cuts over into my lane behind me (and riding my ass). Finally the other car turned off so Mr. T jumps back into the right to get his fly-by (and a real pathetic one) before we are stopped in traffic, side by side. Here's the convo that ensued...

Me: chuckle...

Mr T: F*CK you, you got a turbo
Me: No turbo, just pure Neon.

At this time traffic started to move, so I left him with a pegleg smoke out.
