Thanks. Started construction the last week of December, moved in 4/1.
Specs: 160sqft 100 Amp service 1 30 amp outlet 3 20 amo outlets A/GFCI breakers Overhead lights are paired, 1 pair on a rocker switch, and the other on a IR/Motion switch Climate control by a Soleus Air MAC-12k AC/Dehumidifer/Heater (12,000BTU - cooling, 1200W - heat) _________________ Pred threw a bunker party. Thanks for the props! The project took about 3 months total. Mainly working on it during the weekends, and some evenings. The room was built within the new garage(less than 2 years old(20ftx20ft)). Total cost was around $4-5k(one contractor wanted 30k to put the room together!) with the AC unit being the most expensive single piece($600). I work as a computer tech in NYC. According to South Park Civil Defense "duck and cover" will save you in all situations.. :D
