rule 4
RULES:
1. A clan's roster must have at least 5 members, and cannot exceed 13. A limit of 13 official members will be enforced strictly.

2. Roster changes must be posted in the roster thread BEFORE the new member plays in matches. Violations or RINGING can cause your clan to be punished with a player deduction (you might get penalized down to 7 players max or something).

3. Clan-hopping will not be tolerated. If you change teams from one to another, you will NOT be allow to join another clan for a minimum of 6 months. If you form a clan and abandon it/disband it, you will not be able to start or co-lead another clan for a minimum of 6 months.

4. Clans do not have to wear the [n00b] tag if they don't want to. Members of a clan do NOT have to be [n00b] members or [rct] members. You can form your own clan here without being affiliated with the [n00b] clan itself.
