So 420 is looking to refill some ranks, but we don't want just anyone. Skill is not a major concern but will be considered. Also if you are in a sub-clan currently and are considering leaving for any reason or purpose talk to your sub-clan members before making any post or contact with us, we do not want someone who jumps from sub-clan to sub-clan to soot their mood, or want someone who isn't active.

Before you can be considered you must:

1. Declare interest in becoming a member of 420.
2. Introduce/talk with the 420 members.
3. Join them on vent and hang out with the members for at least a week if not longer. (you must interact with every member before you can be considered for membership)

We are not all pot heads here, but we do condone the use of marijuana. We are looking to be a more serious/involved sub-clan where we hangout and scrim competitively, if you are not interested in actually partaking in sub-clan activities then we have no need for you. We will grant temporary access to our vent channel and our forums after you declare interest. This will be after omega oversees this and give you access for the forums it will not be immediate.

.420 just wanted more activity... not necessarily people dedicated to scrimmages and leagues. 420 is interested in people who play in the main and participate in n00bfest as a whole; dedication, to put it generally. Granted, I'd love to find people willing to scrim and who are also skilled, at that. The more that we see people in the main and in vent, the more we'll know them and the better their chances of becoming a part of 420 will be. THAT is our new prerogative. I, for one, am sincerely sorry if we insulted or offended anyone with the new policy change. We lost cool people and it pains me. Hopefully we'll have new additions after a while that is just as cool as the people we lost or had to cut. Also, I hope that these changes in 420 will make those actually in 420 and wanting to join 420 more active in the n00bfest community as a whole. I am looking forward to seeing what these new changes will bring and I'm hoping for the best.

Small question though, if you are not interested in applying to 420 then why would you need to post on a member recruitment thread? Don't really see how it is directed towards opinions?

I understand your opinion, though I may not agree, but the way things went down isn't how we wanted them to. Some members wanted to leave the sub-clan and start a new or join another rather then cause some douche baggery. At this point shit happened that was fucked up and we are willing for anyone to see us in the raw on the subject and form their own opinions. All I am saying is rather then demeaning a group of your brothers watch with a wary eye and watch how shit goes down.

When I first read this after being told to read it, I told myself, "This is none of my business." I changed my mind on that subject because it deals directly with me and my family. You guys are my family. My wife was a bitch that left and my real life blood left me to be eaten alive by the workers compensation system in Texas. If it weren't for the members of n00bfest, those whom i hold closer to my own heart then any blood relative, I would have given up a long F*CKING time ago. I would fight for any of you, i would bat for any of you, and I litterally love you all more then i even love myself. I hate seeing you guys arguing amongst eachother. When I read shit like this, it's like someone stabbed me with a knife. I mean that, wholeheartedly.

Getting to the point...
I don't expect there to not be any dissagreement between you guys, but I do expect everyone to treat eachother with the respect we said we would when we joined n00bfest. Jokes are fun and shit talking is especially fun but these words are not in jest and if you have a serious problem with someone you should only be talking to the person you have a problem with in private as to not inflame eachothers' testosterone and start a serious "Family Fued." If that person doesn't want to have anything to do with you or doesn't want to listen to you, bark up the chain and ask someone you both respect to mediate.

While it sounds like stupid Corporate bullshit, it's a policy in companies because it F*CKING works. I don't want to see you guys line up to troll people. This doesn't fix the situation in most cases and only causes collateral damage.
