This forum is for reporting issues with the website, gameservers, ventrilo, or any other services we host.

Each post should be classified with brackets before posting, listing the affected service and a brief description of the outage. Examples:

[CS:S - Main] Server down
[CS:S - All] Servers need updated
[Website] Error message 404
[Ventrilo] Server down
[Minecraft] Extremely laggy
[Source-tools] Can't update bans
[CS:GO] "Can't connect to lobby" message

Please try to include as MUCH information as you possibly can, including any error messages, screenshots, links to affected pages, or whatever you can post.

Do not post here unless something is down or there is a bug. This is not a forum for discussing feature requests or server changes that do not fix bugs or problematic behavior.
